By accessing this website and purchasing any artwork or service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of this site.
All content on this website, including images, text, and artworks, is the property of Bedoor Alshehhi unless otherwise stated.
Artwork & Copyright
All artworks remain the intellectual property of the artist.
Purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.
Artworks may not be reproduced, distributed, altered, or used commercially without prior written consent from the artist.
Sales & Availability
All artworks are subject to availability.
The artist reserves the right to withdraw works from sale at any time.
Colors and details may vary slightly due to screen differences and photography.
Pricing
All prices are listed in AED unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without notice.
Custom commissions and Studio Letters pricing are outlined on their respective pages and are subject to specific terms.
Payments
Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For commissions, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure the commission. Work will not begin until the deposit is received.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary depending on location and artwork size.
The artist is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
Once an artwork has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the buyer.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final.
Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted unless an artwork arrives damaged.
Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photographic evidence.
Commissions
Commissioned works are developed within the artist’s existing visual language. artworks, or specific styles outside the practice and the artists' morales are not accepted
Due to the bespoke nature of commissions:
Deposits are non-refundable
Completed commissions are not eligible for return or exchange
Studio Letters
Studio Letters are produced in limited quantities and released according to studio schedule.
Subscriptions may be paused or closed without notice.
Contents may vary by edition.
All Studio Letters sales are final.
Liability
The artist is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the purchase of artworks.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
