Philosophy & Practice

My artistic philosophy is rooted in the belief that the most profound human experiences exist beyond the reach of language. Art, therefore, is not merely a visual exercise; it is an act of translation, it is the process of giving form to the formless, validating the complex, often contradictory emotions that define our existance. My practice is guided by three core pillars:

  • The Duality of the Human Experience

I view the human condition as a constant interplay between the phycical reality we inhabit and the chaotic, intangible landscape of our inner minds. By emerging hightly realitic human figures with fluid abstraction concepts, my work physically manifests this duality. The realism anchors the viewer in what is known and tangible, while the abstraction creates a space for the unspoken, deep emotions that words fail to capture. It is a visual representation of how the soul inhabits the body.

  • The Aesthetics of Vulnerability and Resilence

My perspective is deeply informed by a life spent at the intersection of care, nurturing, and healing. Daily encounters with human vulnerability--whether through the physical realities of mending wounds, the profound quiet of motherhood, or the ongoing advocacy for my profession--have taught me that true strength is rarely loud. My canvas is a testament to this quiet resilence. I am to honor the dignity of the human spirit in its most fragile moments, reflecting the profound, often invisible labour of caring for onself and others.

  • Cultural Ontology Through Still Life

Identitiy is not formed in a vaccum; it is shaped by the environments, traditions, and objects that surround us. Through still life and the exploration of UAE cultural narratives, my philosophy extends to the preservations of heritage. I do not view still life merely as a study of inanimate objects, but as a deeply personal mapping of identity. These works serve as vessels of memory and culture, grounding the abstract emotional exploration of my broader portfolio in a distict, unshakable sense of home and belonging.
